The location was on point, right next to the pier where we caught the ferry to Phu Quoc. Plus, the free taxis they provided were clutch for hitting up all the dope restaurants in the city. The room was fresh, with comfy beds and a sick balcony view of the water. And they even hooked us up with a Vietnamese phone to call for a taxi whenever we were ready to roll. Super dope!

The only thing we wish was different was if the hotel had a party zone for us young peeps. We were looking to turn up and have a crazy night, but the atmosphere was more chill.

This hotel is an absolute game-changer! The location is mind-blowing, right across from the ferry boarding place. The customer service is super, with a printed English guide that has everything you need to know about the city, restaurants, and even a meals dictionary. And get this, they offer free taxis around the city, and they even give you a phone to call them! The rooms are jaw-droppingly clean and spacious, with a balcony, fridge, and free tea. And the best part? There's a market right outside the hotel, so you can stock up before heading to the island. This hotel is the ultimate bang for your buck - you won't be disappointed!

Felt special, no reason to complain.

Loved the free shuttle service to explore the city and the 24-hour front desk for when I had late-night cravings. The complimentary airport shuttle was a nice touch, even though I didn't have a pet to bring along. a wide range of amenities for a 1-star hostel.

No pets allowed, so my imaginary pet unicorn had to stay home. Such a shame!

The room at Kiet Hong Hotel was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a separate shower and toilet. I loved having my own small terrace to relax on. The hotel even provided a free mobile phone for calling taxis, which came in handy. The free taxis to the town were a great perk, and the location near the ferry made it convenient for exploring different areas. Despite some language barriers, the staff were helpful and not overly intrusive. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, amenities, and excellent service.

It was so convenient to have easy access to the speed boats going to Phu Quoc Island.

We found the city of Rach Gia to be a bit disappointing. There wasn't much to see or do, and we struggled to find decent places to eat.

The location, right across from the ferry pier, was also incredibly convenient. great value for money and highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with real mattress and duvet. Close proximity to the port and a large market. Helpful and friendly staff, despite limited English skills. Free taxi service provided 8 times a day per room for convenience. Thoughtful touches like loaning a cellphone and free tea making facilities. Exceptional value for the price.
